The Grammys Will Go On Sans Picketing

I agree about Rhonda not exploiting.

A little cleavage is hardly a big deal. Nothing to get excited about, either way. Its perfectly fine if she wants to show a little cleavage.

But what is not fine is the fact that cleavage might sell more albums than musical quality. I would hope that people would buy Cds for the music inside, not the cleavage outside, but I know that isn’t always the case.

Do people really buy a record because there’s a teensy bit of cleavage on the cover? Are those people unaware of the existence of porn?

I would hope people don’t buy records because they see some cleavage on the front, but I bet they do. I know that there are studies that show that the color of a laundry detergent box can impact sales as well as customer satisfaction. With that in mind, I suspect cleavage can get some people to buy. I mean surely cleavage is better than bright yellow!

But yes, to anyone looking for cleavage: you can get far better cleavage elswhere!! Britney Spears has some good cleavage on one of her CD covers if I recall.

I’d almost say would Mother Maybelle get signed to day or Jimmie Rodgers btr without them that would a moot point.

First of all, it is spelled incapable. Are you sure you are capable of backing up that statement about Carrie? I highly disagree. One small flub of some words does not take away from an artists talents. I found it refreshing that she was able to laugh it off and sing the song 2 more times flawlessly. Just my personal opinion of course.

All I have to say is —- MEN!!!!! I do not buy albums based on the artwork —- I buy it based on the music…

The only reason I know about that photo is because I was browsing around Wal-Mart and picked up her CD to look at the track list and it was like BAM!! They still have it up on Amazon, too, but I don’t know anything about it being recalled.

Whoa Brady “Anybody who thinks the title Greatest Hits is referring to her songs hasn’t seen the back of the album.” That seemed to be very inappropriate and should be taken off as soon as possible. That was very rude and attacks on singer is very wrong and it sounds like an attack

I agree it may have been inappropriate, as many jokes are, but definitely not an attack. I apologize if it offended you.

Speaking of the Grammys, does anyone know who will be performing? I’ve seen Brad Paisley’s picture on the commercials. Hopefully he does not sing “Ticks” or “Online.” I’m crossing my fingers for a Miranda performance of “Famous in a Small Town.”
