Willie & Family Perform At San Antonio Rodeo And The 100 Greatest Love Songs
I hope you guys aren’t sick of the concert reviews from the San Antonio Rodeo yet, because John Goodspeed has another great one from last night’s performance by Willie Nelson and three members of his family.

Bill Simmons’ Grammy Highlights
Aside from being a fan of country fan I’m a huge sports fan, and my favorite sportswriter is Bill Simmons from ESPN. Occasionally Simmons will write about other topics in his column and it’s always an entertaining read. I’ve read a lot of articles on the Grammys today, but his highlights were by far the [...]

This post was contributed by Nick Berry.
I know lists are supposed to come in nice numbers like “The Top Ten”, but you’ll have to make due with eight. I’m not sure what it is, but something about the following albums stuck with me and pulled me through the year, making them my personal favorites for [...]

We've labored long and hard to come up with our list of the Top 10 Country Albums of 2008. Click here to see who claimed the honor of the year's top album, as chosen by The 9513's staff and writers.
Don’t confuse disappointing with worst, as that list would most likely be dominated by obscure indie knockoff bands along with a couple of mainstream releases. There has to be a modicum of expectation that’s dashed upon the release of an album for it to qualify for the year’s most disappointing.
Join host Kelly Dearmore as he shines the light on several noteworthy album releases you might have missed and interviews various artists, from Sarah Borges to Trent Willmon and Reckless Kelly to Wade Bowen, in the first two episode of The 9513 podcast.
Jim Malec counts down the top 20 country music news stories of 2008. How many times do you think John Rich will be mentioned?
