Randy Rogers will not sell out just to seel a few more albums. Becuase they are loyal to their roots, the fan remain loyal to them. I was once asked if I could only take one album with me on a deserted island what would it be and I said “Randy Rogers Band Kiss Me in the Dark.” That response earned (me) free SoCo/Cranberries for a year! Yeah. RRB is that good!

The Randy Rogers Band epitomizes true country; they tell a story in every song. My favorite song is a tie between “Kiss Me in the Dark” and “One More Goodbye”. These two songs have really great lyrics and great melodies.

I already own this album, so I’m not trying to win…. just want to share that I LOVE THIS WHOLE ENTIRE CD but I’m addicted to “One Woman Man”. Someday, if someone is kind enough to marry me, I’d like to dance to that one!!! :-)

I should win because my wife and I are the oldest RRB fans. We are both 45 and travel to Texas from Alabama at least once a year to catch them live. We have been following them since their first album and every album just gets better. We once drove 300 miles to Oxford, Ms in a driving rain storm to see them in a college bar where we and only about 30 other people knew them.

“Lost and Found” always gets a huge response at live shows so I’m surprised it hasn’t been mentioned yet. One of my favorites though, is “Tommy Jackson.”
