The Wine, Women and Song show with Gretchen Peters and Suzy Bogguss was a brilliant night, I thoroughly recommend it if anyone gets a chance to go on their next tour (which I’m sure will happen). They’re three genuinely entertaining women, with great material, who clearly really like each other and bounce off each other like good friends do. And they clearly enjoy each other’s music, and their own music, and seeing them perform that and enjoy themselves so much at the same time is just a joy.

i discovered matraca in 1996 between sunday morning and saturday night. anyway, its still one of my favorite female country albums ever. good to see she’s doing well. great profile of an artist that is very deserving.

This is an excellent profile of what sounds like a fantastic evening. She really is one of the best.
