GAC will soon begin construction of their new 7,200 square foot television studio complex. It will be located at the ground level of the network’s headquarters at 49 Music Square West. It should be complete in late 2007 and it should create a convenient venue for country music artists and their management.
“GAC is committed to providing passionate country music fans with the country television programming they love, and the best place to make that happen is right here on Music Row,” said Ed Hardy, GAC president.
Anything to improve GAC sounds like a great idea to me, I’ve always liked GAC better than CMT. GAC plays more videos and makes it more about the music, with shows like Grand Ole Opry Live. CMT has shows that aren’t even relevant to country music, I always end up switching the channel to GAC.
