- On Wynonna’s very first Christmas album: “She has grown weary of vocal acrobatics displayed by singers who are intent on changing the classic songs that mean so much to so many.” Can I get a big, fat Amen? - Sara Evans has invited Jerry Springer (yes, that Jerry Spinger) to one of her concerts to sing on stage. Most people don’t know that Spinger has relased a country album in the past titled Dr. Talk.
- Taylor Swift (the girl who sings that Tim McGraw song) is joining George Strait for his 2007 arena tour.
- Austin country singer, Sunny Sweeney, signed a deal with Big Machine Records, the same Label that took Jack Ingram to No. 1 earlier this year. The amazing thing is she’s only been performing in front of audiences for two years. Look for her to be hitting the scene.
