I think maybe Stephen meant “country rock at its finest” as defined by maybe Rascal Flatts(?), or Keith Urban(?), or Jason Aldean(?), or Taylor Swift(?), or most likely Carrie’s previous songs like “Before He Cheats” or “Flat On The Floor”. The context is “current country rock”, not the historical nor significant varieties…
