Sony BMG already signed Kristy Lee Cook once and dropped her. Guess they think being on American Idol remedied the fact she can't sing, so they'll give it another try? It's a sad day in Nashville when the only way to get a record deal is to be on a reality show. I'm sick to my stomach thinking that one of the Nashville Star crew is going to get a deal. Not one of them would have made it in the door of a label without that show. It's completely embarrassing to Music City.

Hey Mike, I've heard a few other tunes that are upcoming on Adam's new album and they are amazing.
They've already made people cry. Good or bad comments about "Crazy Days" are good for Adam no matter how you feel about the debut single, everyone is talking about this kid. I think the song is energetic and memorable, despite not having a serious message, I don't think that was the intention anyways. This song has people tapping their toes and singing along and you can't ask for a lot more than that.
Keep up the good work Adam.

I've loved Adam's song since the first time I saw the video! I knew he was the real deal when I saw him perform at CMA Music Fest!! I think he's going to do really well in the near future!!

I'm sure Adam is a good guy- as seems to be a theme developing here- and he does seem talented vocally. But attractive 22 year-old artists who release derivative songs don't cut it for me. As a fan, I want a lyric that knocks me over- and Crazy Days didn't even register at that level. I know it's just a debut, but shouldn't a debut showcase this guy as an artist, not as a sound-alike?

Compare this debut with the debut singles from established artists...

Diamond Rio - Meet in the Middle was like nothing else on the radio at the time

Montgomery Gentry - Hillbilly Shoes, nonsensical lyric but infectious and immediately identifiable

Clint Black and Mark Chesnutt - Killin' Time and Too Cold At Home- songs so simple and so elegant that I could recite the lyrics after hearing them two or three times.

Toby Keith - Shoulda Been A Cowboy, completely original, polished country song with a memorable feel.

Aaron Tippin, Alan Jackson, Brad Paisley, hell... Billy Ray Cyrus... I never mistook them for somebody else...

I know that's just a few examples, but I want the next big thing to come out swinging, not come out and have me wondering... oh is this the new song from (James Otto, Jack Ingram, John Michael Martin Murphy Montgomery Carroll)

I hope the guy proves me wrong- but just judging from "Crazy Days" I see nothing refreshing, different, ground-breaking about him.

I love the Adam Gregory Song and video.

The video is pretty fresh and has a really cool feel to it.

I cannot wait until the album comes out.

I wouldn't hold out too much, he's gonna be a BIG star!

I'm definitely surprised to hear people say Adam doesn't "stand out" in the country music market. I've been behind him since I first heard his new single, which I agree, reminds me a lot of Keith Urban especially "Somebody Like You". I also got to meet Adam at CMA fest, and for someone that's been in the industry so long, he is the least-jaded sweetest guy. I don't know many 22 year olds that are as talented as he is, let alone have his head on as straight as he does. I doubt he'd be writing with the kind of writers he is, and getting the kind of attention he is if he was "just like every other young country guy". Either way, he's got my vote :)

I absolutely love Adam Gregory's sound. I find it to be very different and refreshing. I am familiar with his music because of his releases in Canada. I think he will do very well.. Those of you not "getting it" now, I think you will catch on after you hear more. Not to mention, Adam is a great guy.. You can't help but like him.

You've got to be kidding me! Kristy didn't even know she wanted to do country music until the judges told her that's where she needed to be! She can't even sing. Hopefully she won't stay around long.
