I had the privilege of meeting the three of them just last week in Delaware, and they truly are the sweetest people i have ever met in my entire life. Kimberly is gorgeous, and they are very down-to-earth, genuine people. That experience made my summer, if not my life so far. Being a teenager, country music is not too popular with my generation, but I think tbp could attract my age audience, as well. I am a true, committed fan, and I always will be.

Saw The Band Perry when they opened up for Brooks and Dunn 2010 CFD; wasn’t all that impressed then, but sure am now. These guys are ALL good; even the youngest one. Kudo’s to the dude that gave them a chance. Love the family aspect of it; it’s refreshing to see. Hope they stay together for a long time. Hope they win CMT’s song of year for “you lie”.

i love the band perry. i am their biggest fan. love them all.i love em so much i am makin a fan club of them with my friends. was tryin to find pics and found this page. anyway hoping to go to their concert in jackson, ms on april 12 2011. if i come i cant even imagine meeting them. dreaming and praying i will.

I dont think any of the guys need a hair cut=) if thats their style thats the…..when people see people they judge…..actuallywhen u pass them or glance at them put yourself in their shoes maybe that person dosent have alot of money…thats why they dress that way…or maybe thats the way they express their uniqueness or creativity…a nice complement goes far….everyone needs that every once in awhile…dont u think=)

Impressive, you bet. Creaive with a young sound but a definate nod to a down country tradition. I feel this is a group with staying power. Great look for the band as well.

I have been hearing “If I Die Young” on the radio for a few months now, Just barely saw the music video for my first time today. I thought Kimberly looked really young so I was really surprised when I read the article and she said she’s 26 years old. I am definitely looking forward to hearing their whole album too. I really like their Country style and think we need more of it here. So I am definitely buying the album when it comes out.

I’ve been watching “The Band Perry” and their successful venture “If I Die Young” several times on GAC lately. Song is a really haunting melody to these old ears and when I read the article in Country Weekly about the filming of the video, I found it even more interesting to watch. Greg Victor hit it on the head when he said, “It also helps that Kimberly Perry is a natural Pre-Raphaelite beauty. More importantly, the idea imposed on the song by the video ultimately brings out the song’s power and beauty.”
I wanted to see them at Bossier City (Boomtown) this past weekend, but the wife got sick and we couldn’t make the trip. I hope to make it back to Shreveport in early October for another chance to catch their act. I agree with BEK, they are on my radar also. I’m really looking forward to their full new album.

I LOVE the song, “If I Die Young.” It was written by Kimberly Perry, which makes her and the group even more authentic and impressive. I’m a sucker for creative, new melodies, especially those rooted in traditional country and dripping with pop hooks, and she seems to have the knack. I’m a big fan and looking forward to more! Definitely on my music radar!
