In The Summertime by The Wrights was my favorite record by them so far!! They got a lot of great press on it. It was several of “best of” lists. I hope they continue down this path. Less is more in my opinion.

Jon – this “whole thing started” by YOU, once again, deciding to showcase your unbelievable capability to be condescending. YOU decided to protect the integrity of Smith’s idiotic columns by making claims on the amount of country music knowledge of people that you dont, and likely wont ever, know as it compares to the amount of knowledge that you claim Smith has forgotten. How pointless could that claim be? It had NOTHING to do with the thoughts that had been expressed previous to your childish rant. The article was crap, regardless of whether it was intended as a fluff-peice or not.

You should be able to successfully tell the difference between a comment, by me or anyone else, aimed at her columns and those aimed at the lady herself, but you dont want to do that, as it would force you to eat the very words that YOU chose to type in the first place.
