Sure he did a great job and had a great career back in the '90s, but when it came to watching his performance on music videos, he seemed so...flaky or horrendous untrue. It just itches my nerves when I watch his music video since he seems to be faking it. But when it comes to listening to him, it sure is a different story. As for the abuse, it was a sad thing for everyone and TL no doubt I'm sure had to pay his dues. It was only after Atlantic closed its Nashville doors in late 2000 that they trasferred Lawrence and several of their other artists over to their sister label, Warner Brothers.
