I think you're only allowed to listen to the full song three times. After that, if you want to continue listening to the full song you're required to pay for a subscription.

The full Deana Carter tracks... all her albums, but I'm Just a Girl have "full track" next to them
Apparently after I listen to them a certain amount of times, it cuts it back to the 29 sec samples

No. Sometimes I get that, other times not. This time I didn't.
