This very nearly became the top 15 or 20 Ryan Adams songs.

I used to be able to answer this one but I just am not all that interested in Ryan Adams' music anymore. I just lost interest since the dude releases like 4 albums a year.

I've never gotten into Ryan Adams, but there's a couple of overlapping songs on the mentioned lists that might give me some iPod fodder depending on how I like them.

Brody, I bet you'll dig the Jacksonville City Nights CD, a good chunk of the Heartbreaker CD ("come pick me up", "oh my sweet caroline", specifically) as well as much of his Whiskeytown output....these all are very heavily "country-flavored"...

A lot of Easy Tiger had that flavor to it as well. If I had to pick three I pod songs to turn someone on to Ryan Adams I would go with:

Two
A Kiss Before I Go
The Hardest Part

Per Kelly's recommendation I listened to the Heartbreaker CD and based on one listen I liked these the best:

My Winding Wheel
Oh My Sweet Carolina - Sunny Sweeney performed this one at Cactus Cafe the other night. Loved it.
Damn, Sam (I Love A Woman That Rains)
In My Time of Need - Kind of slow, but I liked the sparseness.

I'll go back and listen to the three that Stormy mentioned and see what I think.

Two of those are from Jacksonville and the first is from Easy Tiger.
