I believe that the GREATEST HITS collection issued by Curb is original Capitol recordings. If you can find it, the Capitol COLLECTORS SERIES is probably the best CD issued of the Capitol years, although THE ESSENTIAL FERLIN HUSKY is also very good. Ferlin performed live earlier this year as part of the "Heart of Texas" label's anniversary party concert and the announcement came out today that a DVD of the entire concert is now available. Ferlin's voice wasn't in very good shape during the show, but his heart was still in it 100%.
