Bucky Covington takes Buddy Jewell’s Place

Bucky Covington As I wrote yesterday in the Monday News Roundup, Buddy Jewell won’t be playing this year’s GAC sponsored “Country Christmas Tour,” due to falling off a ladder while hanging Christmas lights. Replacing Buddy, will be American Idol alumnus, Bucky Covington. Other stars to play on this tour are, Deana Carter, Julie Roberts, Blue County, and Steve Azar. Buddy’s injury gives Bucky a chance to show he has what it takes to be a country performer, best of luck to him.

And speaking of Steve Azar, he has been invited to perform four additional concerts on the Bob Seger and the Silver Bullet Band tour. They will take place in late December at the Palace of Auburn Hills.
