…not a huge carrie fan but i applaud her on that….i want to hear music from my favorite bands/singers…not politics..the quickest way to lose me as a fan is to start spouting off onstage about who i should vote for….

It would be great if Brad could get the “Buckaroo” cover on country radio! The Opry Band loves to play that song and I’m always glad to hear it.

Since Underwood’s Elle magazine review is noted here’s another recent quote of hers from TV Guide:

Underwood ‘loses all respect’ for vocal celebs

While stars are all over the place pushing their political views, Carrie Underwood isn’t saying a word. “There is someone I do support, but I don’t support publicly,” she says in the Nov. 10 issue of TV Guide. “I lose all respect for celebrities when they back a candidate.”

She continues: “It’s saying that the American public isn’t smart enough to make their own decisions. I would never want anybody to vote for anything or anybody just because I told them to.”
