Anne Murray Giveaway: Duets: Friends & Legends

Anne Murray’s website describes her latest album, Anne Murray Duets: Friends & Legends, as “a collection of Anne’s most classic songs re-recorded as duets with some of the finest women of song including: Shania Twain, Martina McBride, Nelly Furtado, Isabelle Boulay, k.d. lang, Celtic Woman, Carole King, Olivia Newton-John, Emmylou Harris, Jann Arden, Shelby Lynne, Sarah Brightman, Celine Dion, Amy Grant, Indigo Girls, Dusty Springfield and Anne’s daughter, Dawn Langstroth.”
It may not have received high praise in our monthly wrap-up, but free music is free music, and we know that our readers tastes won’t ever perfectly align with every review on the site, so here’s your opportunity to win a copy of the album.
We have three albums to give away, plus an additional autographed copy will be given away as a grand prize. Leave a comment below with a valid email address and we’ll enter you into the drawing. Winners will be chosen randomly and announced on Friday. Note: We will be sending these email addresses and shipping addresses to the sponsor so that they can ship the prizes.

A prime example of how reviews, including on blogs, influence opinion. The9513’s review was so convincing that I’m not even a little interested in adding this album to my already huge CD collection.:)

I’ll enter… and I’ll even attempt to throw in a slightly relevant comment by letting everyone know that Keith and Carrie are coming to my town next week and I am SO ready to catch his guitar when he throws it 20 rows up to me. Keith Urban actually got me into country music (I’m younger, so wasn’t exposed to any of the old greats), so I’m pretty excited. The song that converted me from whatever I listened to before was “Days Go By”. And now you have a few useless facts about my life.

It is so nice to see a new cd from Anne. I have to say that her Christmas CD never leaves the changer during the holidays.

I have loved Anne since I was a young boy. My father and mother were huge fans so Anne was always a part of our household. As an adult, I have grown to appreciate her spirit and music more and more.
