Actually, I thought her second album was better in the “country” sense. Surpirsingly, I didn really like this album (3.5 stars maybe?) I think its very random how they just slap in songs (especially some of the slow ballads) to fill up the empty space between the hit singles.

Carrie’s voice is…well…loud. But pretty good. I think this article was but I agree with most of
the album, except for the part about her voice. Could you elaborate more; is it not enough feeling, to scratchy etc.
(I haven’t heard every second of this album though so this is probably not fair :)

I love this CD and her first one as well. Her third one, PLAY ON, is going to be amazing and be on the charts for a long time. Her first single, Cowboy Casanova, is already so popular and it’s only been a couple of days since she released it.

Okay. Something is wrong with you. Carrie’s songs are touching… all of them. Maybe her lyrics are different, they definitely are. That doesn’t make her songs bad. you should think and use your head that you were born with.
