It rarely is, Kelly. I’m gonna have to pass on the jeans, but sign me up if someone ever decides to release a Hank Jr. inspired line of suits.

    Dave – Maybe unisex?

Linda – I read the Nelson/Simpson/Carey tour post first and you had me going for a second.

It could happen! Yeah, the Simpson/Carey tour was the only one that (kind of) fooled anybody, although, I thought his running for president could be believed!

Those WN stories are easily the greatest April Fools gags I’ve seen in a long while. Although the ‘Senator McLain’ typo in the Willie for Prez story kind of shattered its credibility.

After having never heard of Dale Watson until seeing his name on this blog roughly 100 times, I decided I’d get an album. I got two: Whiskey or God and From the Cradle to the Grave. I get it now…

SW, please go pick up Watson’s “Dreamland” as well. That disc has more of a swing feel to it than the more recent and excellent discs you have just picked up.

Jeremy; the typo shattered the credibility? Not bad if that’s all; thanks! :)

what’s next? the dolly parton line of back supports? the sara evans line of internet protection for kids? the keith urban line of spoons? come on. maybe musicians should be musicians and not peddling, you know, bells and whistles.

then again, if kenny can set me up with a 34 waist boot cut stonewashed pair (of jeans, kenny; JEANS), that would be most excellent.

You might have a hard time finding a pair if you wear Kenny jeans…

Whoa, while I was looking for that Dreamland album I saw that Watson released his first gospel album in February of this year.
