You should register for this even if you don’t like country music. Estimated eBay value? A lot.

Let It Be Christmas by Alan Jackson. It’s one of my favorite Christmas songs and I sang it at my high school choir concert a few years ago.

Well – after yesterday’s conversations about Jeffrey Steele, I pulled out some old stuff of his so right now the song that is stuck in my head is “I Love This Song”. My daughter and I like to turn it up REALLY LOUD and sing along at the top of our lungs (unfortunately, neither of us can really sing!)

Frankie’s Gun by The Felice Brothers, a late discovery for me this year. Commercial-country-wise, I’m really digging Blake Shelton’s latest title cut.

“Romeo, take me somewhere we can be alone/I’ll be waiting; all there’s left to do is run/You’ll be the prince and I’ll be the princess/It’s a love story, baby just say yes”

I said “ridin’ dirty” by “Chamillionaire” (or spelled something like that). Not sure why, maybe because my son and I were making fun of some of the pimped our rides we kept seeing yesterday.

Carrie Underwood’s “The First Noel”. It’s going around youtube. I guess because her voice was rough from being sick at the Opry the other night, she didn’t want it shown. But I thought she did a wonderful job and so emotional, considering she was embarrassed that her voice was rough. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=hFo01H2NLRQ
